Woven in the rich fabric of the Native Peacekeeper Consulting Group's identity, the Challenge Coin embodies a timeless legacy of public safety, cultural pride, and a commitment to a safer tomorrow. It is the tangible testament to the strength and resilience of the Seminole Tribe, exemplified by our founder, a resolute member of the Seminole Tribe and the Otter Clan.
The distinctive design of our Challenge Coin is inspired by the traditional Seminole patchwork. Comprising dark blue, light blue, and white, this patchwork represents the weaving together of our multiple roles - from police work, fire fighting, to emergency management, just like the threads of our ancestral patchwork.
You witness the patchwork on its own, a solemn reminder of our sacred ties to our traditions and the continuous commitment towards making them relevant in today’s world of public safety.
Flip the coin , at the center is an otter, an emblem of our founder’s Otter Clan. The Otter, an animal known for its agility and intelligence, bears the patchwork, representing how our firm harnesses those very traits to elevate the realm of public safety in unity and strength.
Our motto shines around the edge of both sides - "Elevating Public Safety Today for a Safer Tomorrow: Promoting Native American Public Safety" embodying the firm’s ethos of improving the world, one safe community at a time.
Finally, gracefully adorning our coin are two feathers that resonate with the colors of our firm. They symbolize resilience and hope, reminding us of our promise to foster order and safety with grace and wise endurance.
Each time this Challenge Coin is given away, it honors the recipient as a keeper of traditions and a peacekeeper at heart. Forged in indigenous strength, it is a symbol of our valor and commitment in promoting Native American Public Safety. Be it in your pocket or on display, it serves as an ever-present guardian of our shared mission - a safer tomorrow.
